At Avenza we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will make it right.

How to Return

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Email us at support@avenzahub.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Items damaged through misuse are not eligible for return.
• Supplements and consumable products are not eligible for return once opened.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item we will send a replacement at no cost to you. Contact us at support@avenzahub.com and we will sort it out immediately.
