How do I place an order?
Browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment information. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

We ship worldwide to over 25 countries including the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and most of Europe.
How long does shipping take?
United States: 7–15 business days
Canada & Europe: 10–20 business days
Rest of World: 14–25 business days

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $2.95 per order. Orders over $30 qualify for free shipping.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also visit our Track My Order page anytime.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact us at support@avenzahub.com to start a return.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that! Please email us at support@avenzahub.com with a photo of the damage and your order number and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
